Family-Friend RN’s Consulting Terms of Service
Welcome to Family-Friend RN’s Consulting.
- Your Agreement with Family-Friend RN’s Consulting.
Your use of Family-Friend RN’s Consulting (Family-Friend RN) is governed by
this agreement. “Family-Friend RN” is affiliated with Ashley Harris, LLC,
located in Montgomery, Alabama and its subsidiaries or other affiliates
involved with Ashley Harris, LLC. - Not Medical Advice; Family-Friend RN does not offer medical advice, only teaching,
suggestions, resources, and assistance, based on the knowledge
of experienced Registered Nurses working in acute care. Any
content accessed through Family-Friend RN is for informational purposes
only, and is not intended to cover all possible outcomes, directions,
precautions, or adverse effects. This content should not be used
during a medical emergency or for the diagnosis or treatment of
any medical condition. Please consult your doctor or other qualified
health care provider if you have any questions about a medical
condition, or before taking any drug, changing your diet or
commencing or discontinuing any course of treatment. Do not ignore
or delay obtaining professional medical advice because of information
accessed through Family-Friend RN. Call 911 or your doctor for all medical
emergencies. You may only use Family-Friend RN if you reside in Alabama or Georgia, or where our services are not prohibited.
You must be at least 18 years old and of sound mental capacity. - Use of Your Information
If you create, transmit, or display health or other information
while using Family-Friend RN, you may provide only information that
you own or have the right to use. When you provide your
information through Family-Friend RN, you give Family-Friend RN’s a license
to use and distribute it in connection with Family-Friend RN services.
However, Family-Friend RN may only use health information you
provide as permitted by the applicable law. - Content and Services Accessed through Family-Friend RN.
Family-Friend RN’s does not endorse any third-party service providers,
other health care providers, products, services, opinions, or web
sites accessed through Family-Friend RN.
USE OF THESE SERVICES AND RELIANCE ON THIS CONTENT IS SOLELY
AT YOUR OWN RISK. ASHLEY HARRIS, LLC. MAY NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE OR CONTENT.
- Changes to this Agreement.
Family-Friend RN may change this agreement and will post the modified
agreement here. If you do not agree to the modified agreement,
you should stop using Family-Friend RN. Your continued use of Family-Friend RN
after the date the modified agreement is posted will constitute your
acceptance of the modified agreement. - General Legal Terms
If you have not signed a separate written agreement with Family-Friend RN
related to Ashley Harris, LLC, this agreement is the entire agreement
between you and Family-Friend RN’s related to Ashley Harris, LLC. This agreement
is governed by Alabama law.
THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT
IS MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA. YOU AND FAMILY-FRIEND RN CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL
JURISDICTION OF THESE COURTS.
Nothing in this agreement limits either party’s ability to seek equitable
relief.
